Founder

Daniel Smoković

The driving force behind it all and the man who built Vedras from the ground up. Daniel leads the most complex projects, is always one step ahead, and makes sure everything goes according to plan or even better. 

His vision and dedication laid the foundation for the company’s success.

Finance Director

Petra Smoković

She makes sure everything "works" behind the scenes. Petra manages finances, contracts, and the administrative side of the business with great attention to detail. She's very concrete.

She always knows where the paperwork is and how the budget stands.

Chief Executive Office

Marko Anić

In charge of business operations, partner relations and strategic development. 

Marko balances business efficiency with a human approach – always available and level-headed.

Chief Project Manager

Deni Olić

Deni coordinates all project phases, from the first meeting to the final execution with precision, calmness, and full control.

Deni is the strategic and operational engine behind many events.

Head of Technical Production

Nikola Tasić

Nikola is key player from planning to setup. His knowledge, calmness, and experience are key to the safe and flawless technical execution of every event.

Saša Simetić

Saša leads the rigging team, sets up the stage and makes sure everything stands firm – and looks great.

Transport Logistics

Elio Smoković

Elio is our most senior team member. Calm, responsible, and reliable – with him, we know everything is in good hands. Without him, the equipment wouldn’t get where it needs to be or when it needs to be there. 

Elio ensures safe and timely transport to every location, whether in Istria or across the region.

Audio Technician

Zoran Žiger

The sound master – he makes sure every word, tone, and note reaches the audience crystal clear. 


Zoran is synonymous with reliability when it comes to sound.

Ivan Rožanković

Ivan is not a man of many words, but he gets the job done reliably and without complications. Calm and focused on the task, he’s a valuable member of the technical team, especially in dynamic on-site conditions.

Ivan is responsible for keeping all technical equipment to be installed and secured correctly.

Calm and always ready to work, Rusmir is a reliable member of the field team.

He quickly finds his rhythm in setups and helps keep everything running smoothly and safely.

In our warehouse, everything has its place – and Karlo knows exactly where it is, and when it’s needed. From prepping equipment to issuing and returning it

Head of Warehouse Security

Arni

Arni is our four-legged colleague and the team’s favorite member. He greets everyone, keeps watch, and never misses a chance for a cuddle or a tennis ball. With him, the warehouse is always a bit livelier – and happier. Arni doesn’t negotiate, doesn’t overthink – but he protects what matters.

And yes – he loves postal workers... kind of.
