Digital Transformation and Strengthening the Competitiveness of Vedras d.o.o.

Vedras d.o.o. is implementing the project Digital Transformation and Strengthening the Competitiveness of Vedras d.o.o. under the Call Transformation and Strengthening the Competitiveness of the Cultural and Creative Industries – Group A (Project code: NPOO.C1.1.1.R6-I1.04-V1.0008).

The aim of the project is to strengthen the company’s market position and competitiveness through the procurement of new equipment, digitalisation of the warehouse, and the development of a new website and web shop. The project will contribute to increased revenues, the creation of new jobs, and the improvement of business processes.

The project includes the following activities:

• procurement of a videoscreen and roof stage equipment,
• digitalisation of warehouse operations through the WMS system and barcoding,
• development of a new website and web shop,
• training of employees for work with new equipment and digital tools.

The expected results of the project are an increase in revenues and service exports, optimisation of business processes, reduction of operating costs, and strengthened competitiveness on the domestic and regional markets.

The project is co-financed by the European Union – NextGenerationEU.
Financed under the Recovery and Resilience Facility as part of the National Recovery and Resilience Plan.
